Yes in addition to the cost of the games we require a fully refundable $100 bond. On receiving games back on time and in good order the $100 bond is refunded.

No, we only hire out packages with a minimum of four games however we can customise packages if required.

Currently the only form of payment we accept is a direct payment into our bank account. Once we have established that games are available we will send you our bank account details and a $30 deposit secures your booking if wanting to confirm.

If you cancel outside of seven days a full refund will be given. Within 7 days of booking date payment is non refundable.

If games are lost, damaged or stolen the hirer will be responsible for the cost of replacement.

Your responsibility is to get games to courier first working day after event. If for any reason you are unable to do this please email and update us. If games do not get to courier on first working day there will be a $20 late fee charged for each day deducted from the $100 bond. If there is just a one day delay which is communicated to us we may waive the late fee but at our discretion.

No, this business is run from a residential address to keep costs down so therefore we do not permit pick ups. The games will be couriered to your nominated address. We allow plenty of time to get the games to you so normally would send them several days early and sometimes I will personally deliver.

For business addresses I will arrange a courier to come and collect the games the first working day after your event. For residential addresses I will normally need you to drop them to the courier depot. At the time of sending through your initial enquiry once I have your address I will advise this process so you are clear prior to booking the games.
